I am so glad that you are joining all of us on this Stampin' Stars blog hop to show off the new Autumn/Winter catalogue. If you have arrived here from Cathryn's blog and admired her fabulous creation, welcome, if you have found your way here by some other route, also welcome. Make sure to follow the blog hop links at the end of the page to hop through all the blogs, the journey will amaze you.
This is a doubly exciting post for me as it is the first Autumn/Winter catalogue I have seen, being relatively new to Stampin' Up!, and also my first blog hop involvement.
Christmas crafting needs to start early in our family, especially as we need to get cards and gifts off in time to get across the world and what better time to start than now, with all the fantastic items in this catalogue.
What little boy or girl wouldn't love to receive this card in the post. I made this Christmas card with all the kids in mind, but I also suspect a few adults would like it too, maybe with a set of Stampin' Up! Blendabilities rather than pencils! It also keeps the tradition we have of sending a Christmas Decoration to family and friends each year.
As you can see the Baubles are removable by untying the twine ribbons and can then be coloured in. They are a perfect size to colour and the stamp, available in the new Autumn/winter, gives a lovely clear image. The beautiful ribbon that's hold the pencils in place can be used as the tie to hang the bauble on the tree.
The cardstock is my favourite colour from the new 2014-2016 In-color collection, blackerberry bliss- doesn't it look gorgeous? (although the photos do not do it justice). I also love the background paper which is from the new Trim the Tree pack, this is a fantastic buy as you are really spoilt for choice, your hardest decision will be which one to use! The paper has been raised slightly with the use of Dimensionals, giving a feeling of depth. Lastly what creation doesn't need a little bling, aren't these snowflake sequins just divine?
See the bottom of the post for direct links to all the following Stampin' Up! supplies used.
I hope this creation inspires you to get crafting. Please leave a comment, as I love to hear what people think and also don't forget to pop back at some stage to view my other exciting creations.
Make sure you keep following the hop for other fantastic creations...get a new cup of coffee if you need, and maybe a biscuit to keep you going! Happy Hopping.
